Role Overview:

As a Junior Digital Project Co Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are delivered seamlessly and exceed client expectations. You’ll be the bridge between our development and creative team and our valued clients, keeping communication channels open, tasks on track, and the project’s pulse beating steadily. Your organisational prowess, attention to detail, and knack for anticipating potential issues will be essential to your success in this role.


  • Convert project kick-offs into successful deliveries, from timeline definition to task allocation and ongoing team coordination.
  • Use project management tools like Jira and Clockify to keep tasks organised and teams aligned.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address potential roadblocks.
  • Potential to work on Apps, web builds and software projects
  • Maintain clear client communication, providing regular updates on project status and addressing day-to-day inquiries.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and identifying scope creep.
  • Manage client expectations by providing transparent and timely updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement by gathering post-project feedback and contributing to enhanced project processes.
  • Collaborate with the team on website updates using platforms like WordPress and other CMS tools.
  • Assist in utilising Zoho CRM for enhancing client sales and customer journeys.
  • Handle ongoing support retainer tasks post-project completion, including new work requests and support inquiries.

  • Exceptional organisational skills, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivation with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and an affinity for thriving in dynamic settings.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adept at proactive communication.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Zoho One / Zoho CRM would be an added advantage.
  • WordPress CMS experience
  • Experience of working in an agency
